We have used TJS for a number of years now to manage our portfolio of Apartments in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire. Currently they have six under management for us, a mixture of 1 & 2 Bedroom units. During 2024 they averaged a 77% occupancy rate across the entire portfolio. They are always available to speak to and their communication has been excellent. They currently also take care of all the housekeeping, linen and maintenance requirements for us. Invoicing is detailed, concise and clear. In 2018 when I first moved to North Devon, the house we purchased was supposed to be the family home. A few months later my mother fell ill and had to move in with us, a temporary measure turned into a long term measure and we had to purchase a new home that could accommodate her needs as well as the family. At the time selling the original house was not a financial option due to a number of factors but with the advice and help from TJS we decided to "Holiday Let" the house to see if it would work until the right circumstances came around to sell. That was 2019. Since then the property has outperformed our expectations and every aspect of the Marketing, management, guest relations, housekeeping, linen and maintenance are now managed under one roof by TJS. Every month we receive a complete breakdown of earnings and expenditure on one invoice which has made it really easy to manage at our end.

In 2022 when the Lodge Park that my two Lodges are sited at changed hands, we were informed that the new owners did not take care of any of the letting side of the business and would only be concentrating on maintaining the site and collecting site fees annually. It was at this point that we were introduced to TJS by the site owners as their preferred letting partner. TJS offered a fully managed service that included all marketing, housekeeping, linen and maintenance services which suited me perfectly as I live 4 hours drive away from the Park. Since TJS have been looking after my Lodges they have increased the occupancy and returns when compared to the previous park owners. They have a wonderful team right across all areas of the business and are always available when I wish to contact them.

We first started using TJS in 2022 for the marketing and management of our first "Serviced Accommodation apartment in Mansfield. Over the last 3 years we have managed to grow our portfolio from one to five apartments. This has been made possible in no small part by TJS who have consistently kept the performance of each property where we have needed it to enable us to expand with confidence. We had our best year ever in 2024. Their communication is excellent and they have advised us on a number of points to help us make the decisions we made to grow the business. Initially we were taking care of the Housekeeping and Linen ourselves but, now that we have 5 properties requiring cleaning and linen changes throughout the week we have handed over the management of the housekeeping and linen to TJS who, to date, have never let us down.

TJS manages our two bedroom holiday Lodge at Mullacott Park, they have taken care of all the marketing, guest relations, Housekeeping, Linen and maintenance requirements for us over the last 3 years. We have never had a problem in getting hold of them when we have needed to and we have been very happy with the occupancy and return they have managed to get for the Lodge. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

TJS were recommended to us by another Lodge owner on the site who uses them for their management services. We have been letting through them for about 18 months now and have not had any issues whatsoever during this time. The Lodge is very well looked after by their Housekeeping and maintenance teams and we always have regular bookings.

We have been using TJS since 2020. We decided to move to their marketing and management after 2 disappointing years with our previous management company. They were fantastic through Covid and managed to keep our occupancy high even through those difficult times and have continued to keep our occupancy at fantastic levels. We have two apartments in the same location that TJS have been marketing and managing for us for the last four years. They have given us great occupancy for both properties, which in turn has given us a great return. The housekeeping team is fantastic and really looks after the place very well. They take great care to make sure that the apartments are always in top condition for the guests that arrive. We are also able to contact the housekeeping team directly which is really great and they always let us know of any issues that have come up in the apartments.

TJS fully manages two serviced accommodation houses for us in Doncaster. The houses were new builds in 2023 and TJS had them marketed immediately. We had guests the first week they were available and have averaged an 82% occupancy rate over the last two years. They have a great, local, housekeeping and maintenance team which means they can be very responsive when required.
