Our Story
Devon Lodges is part of TJS Properties, a trusted property management company. Here’s the story of how we started and grew to offer exceptional holiday lodges across North Devon. TJS Property Management Ltd began in 2018 with a simple, hands-on approach: managing our own holiday let properties. What started as a personal venture quickly grew into something much larger. As guests and local owners saw how we operated, word spread, and before long, other holiday let owners asked if we could market and manage their properties too. Initially, our focus was on marketing and guest relations. But as clients got to know our team, they discovered we had exceptional housekeepers as well. Requests naturally expanded, and housekeeping soon became a core part of our service.

The final step in our growth was maintenance. As more properties came under our care, owners wanted a single, dependable point of contact for all aspects of property management. We listened and now provide complete maintenance services across all areas we operate in.
